Devonshire Pediatric Neuropsychology is an out of network provider, which means I am not contracted with insurance companies.

Working privately allows me to give your child the time, attention, and thorough evaluation they deserve. There are no limits on testing hours, no restrictions on what areas can or cannot be assessed, and no pressure to rush through the process. This approach also gives your family more privacy and control over your child’s personal information.

After completion of all services, a Superbill will be provided upon request to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. There is no guarantee that you, the client, will receive partial or full reimbursement from your insurance provider. Please use information from this script to talk with your insurance company prior to an assessment to see what your out-of-network benefits are and if you may be eligible for reimbursement. The support does not end when testing is complete. Every family receives a full feedback session, a clear and comprehensive written report, school and home recommendations, and ongoing guidance. I am available to answer questions, help you understand next steps, and guide you through accommodations, school meetings, referrals, or additional resources you may need.

I accept debit, credit, and HSA payments to help make services more accessible.
 

If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA), you can often use those funds to help cover evaluations and sessions, which can ease the financial strain of paying out of pocket. Many families find that using their HSA allows them to move forward sooner and with less stress.
