My Services

Every child learns, grows, and experiences the world in a unique way. When challenges arise, it can leave parents feeling unsure about what is happening or how to best support their child. My services are designed to bring clarity, understanding, and a clear path forward through comprehensive evaluations and ongoing guidance for families.

Comprehensive Neuropsychological
Evaluations

I assess how a child’s brain functions in areas like learning, attention, memory, emotions, and behavior. Through comprehensive evaluations, I identify both strengths and challenges, provide diagnoses when needed, and create personalized recommendations for school, home, and treatment planning.

I provide autism and neurodevelopmental assessments for children ages 2 to 4, as well as neuropsychological evaluations for children, teens, and young adults up to age 21. My goal is to support each child in reaching their full potential by helping families understand how their child thinks and learns.

Areas I Commonly Assess:

Developmental Concerns

(Ages 2 to 4)

  • Autism and other developmental differences, including early signs that may benefit from intervention and support

  • Language and communication delays that affect speech, understanding, or early communication skills

  • Early signs of learning or developmental delays, including concerns with reaching milestones

  • Social and emotional development, such as how a child manages emotions and interacts with others

  • Behavioral challenges, including oppositional or difficult behaviors

  • Memory or processing concerns that affect learning, recall, or day-to-day functioning

  • Monitoring progress after medical treatment or surgery to track changes in development and cognition

School-Age Through Young Adult

(Ages 4 to 21)

  • Attention and focus concerns, including ADHD and executive functioning challenges

  • Learning differences such as dyslexia (reading), dysgraphia (writing), and dyscalculia (math)

  • Giftedness and advanced intellectual abilities that may require specialized support

  • Intellectual disabilities that affect learning and day-to-day functioning

  • Emotional and behavioral concerns, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and PTSD

  • Memory difficulties, concussion, or traumatic brain injury that impact learning or daily life

  • Second opinions or Independent Educational Evaluations (IEE) for clearer guidance and planning

Ongoing Support for Families

My role doesn't end when the evaluation is complete. I am here to guide and support families every step of the way!

  • Educational Guidance
I provide clear recommendations for school accommodations, IEPs, and gifted placement. With my teaching background, I understand how schools operate and how to advocate for the right supports in the classroom.

  • Next Steps and Resources
I connect families with strategies, referrals, and local resources to ensure you are not left on your own after the evaluation. My goal is to equip you with practical tools you can use right away, giving your family confidence and direction moving forward.

Child Feedback Sessions

After every evaluation, I meet one-on-one with your child to share the information that was gleaned throughout the assessment. Using developmentally appropriate language, I explain what we learned about how their brain works: what comes easily, what feels harder, and how we’ll build strategies to support them. This feedback empowers your child and also provides parents with a shared language to continue the conversation at home.
